Terms of Service

The rules that govern access to Medacornet, marketplace activity, payments, and account use.

Last updated: March 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Medacornet platform, including browsing products, creating an account, purchasing goods, selling goods as an approved company, and using related marketplace features.

They are drafted in a clear marketplace format inspired by Stripe-style terms, but adapted to Medacornet’s current product, account, and checkout flows.

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using Medacornet, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced on this page. If you use the platform on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or using an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Business accounts may be subject to additional review, validation, and onboarding checks before they can fully use seller features.
  • We may refuse registration, require additional verification, or limit access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or platform integrity.

3. Medacornet’s marketplace role

Medacornet provides marketplace infrastructure. We host listings, help users discover products, support account management, and facilitate checkout and transaction workflows. Unless we expressly state otherwise, Medacornet is not the manufacturer of listed goods and is not the contracting seller for third-party listings.

Approved sellers are responsible for their business information, listings, product descriptions, pricing, fulfillment, warranties, and compliance with applicable law. Payment processing and parts of seller onboarding may be provided through Stripe or other third-party partners.

4. Orders, pricing, and payments

  • Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change before an order is confirmed.
  • When you place an order, you authorize Medacornet and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the applicable amount.
  • Orders may be declined, canceled, or placed on hold if payment fails, a listing is inaccurate, fraud or misuse is suspected, or a seller cannot fulfill the order.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be handled using the original payment workflow when reasonably possible and may depend on seller obligations, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.

5. Seller responsibilities

  • Sellers must maintain truthful company, product, and support information on the platform.
  • Sellers must only offer products they are legally allowed to sell and deliver.
  • Sellers are responsible for taxes, product compliance, consumer information, delivery commitments, and after-sales obligations that apply to their business.
  • Sellers must cooperate with reasonable requests related to disputes, complaints, returns, fraud reviews, or regulatory obligations.

6. Acceptable use restrictions

  • You must not use Medacornet for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • You must not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, or reverse engineer non-public parts of the service except where the law clearly permits it.
  • You must not upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malware, or violates privacy, consumer, or advertising laws.
  • You must not misuse reviews, reports, notifications, checkout flows, or seller onboarding features.

7. Intellectual property and content

Medacornet and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, including software, design, branding, and site content made available by us. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Medacornet a non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the marketplace.

8. Privacy and data use

Your use of Medacornet is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you provide personal data relating to another person, you are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to do so lawfully.

9. Availability and service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using Medacornet at any time.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail verification checks, misuse the marketplace, or if continued access is no longer commercially or operationally feasible.
  • We may keep records reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce these Terms after your access ends.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Medacornet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that listings are always complete, accurate, or available, or that the platform will always be uninterrupted or error free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Medacornet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
